Illegal activities – Cartomancy, fortune telling, magic and esotericism – Vulgar and shocking content – Prescription drugs – Photos and videos containing nudity and otherwise unbecoming – Gambling and sports betting – Online trading – Casino – Slots – Forex – Hacking – Multi Level Marketing – Nazism, Fascism and Communism – Occult – Politics in general – Pornography and pornographic material – Products and services restricted to the general public over 18 – Racism – Narcotics – Tobacco and electronic cigarette products.

 

  1. Use of the publishing service

2.1 Under no circumstances is Property & Facilities SA obliged to verify the truthfulness or accuracy of the information transmitted, dispensed from carrying out any kind of verification regarding the information conveyed, including images.

2.2 All materials submitted by the author or client must in all cases follow the stated publication guidelines.

2.3 Property & Facilities SA reserves the right not to accept submitted content and to remove it if it does not meet the publication guidelines.

2.4 Premium publications purchased have a 12-month visibility guarantee.

2.5 The author agrees to provide his/her contact information (first name, last name, telephone and Email address) during the registration process.

2.6 In the case of sending information that turns out to be false or fraudulent, Property & Facilities SA will immediately obscure the published content, reserving, however, all rights and faculties to proceed with further investigations, reports and/or complaints to the competent authorities, reserving the right to pursue through legal avenues for possible compensation for the damage caused.The author, as a user of the publication service, is responsible for the content and accuracy of the information conveyed through the SwissMAG website.

2.7 The purpose of the services offered by Property & Facilities SA, through the website SwissMAG.co.uk, is merely the conveyance of the content received.

 

  1. Obligations, warranties and declaration of the user or customer user of the publishing service

The author, or client, represents and warrants:

3.1 To possess the appropriate title to use and process content submitted to the SwissMAG website, for the purpose of its publication.

3.2 To treat transmitted materials in full compliance with privacy regulations with special attention to the protection and privacy of minors.

3.3 That the submitted material does not contain content that is obscene or otherwise offensive to public decency, defamatory, false, slanderous or even in violation of intellectual and/or industrial property rights, privacy or other rights of others.

3.4 To be in possession of all rights and any necessary releases to publish the content submitted through the SwissMAG website, whether articles, press releases, photographs, videos or any other content.

 

  1. Liability of Property & Facilities Ltd. through the SwissMAG website

4.1 Property & Facilities SA makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the visibility obtained from the publication of content transmitted by the client and thus visible online.

4.2 Property & Facilities SA shall in no way be held responsible for the dissemination of material that is improper, not covered by necessary copyright, or divergent from the facts of the case.

4.3 Property & Facilities SA will not be held responsible for omissions, interruptions, deletions, loss or damage to published content due to human and/or technical errors.

4.4 In no event shall Property & Facilities SA be liable in the event of loss of profit, business, use, third party savings, or arising out of any other fact, consequent upon or otherwise incidental or indirect effect of the failure to disseminate the materials transmitted by the client.

4.5 Property & Facilities SA shall not be liable for breaches of contract due to force majeure and/or unforeseeable circumstances, being considered as such, but not limited to: strikes, total or partial, occurring both at the Company and at its suppliers; impossibility of delivery due to restrictions or interruptions in production or sales or other causes; fires; measures of authority that in any case restrict freedom of production; lack of material; irregularities, suspensions and interruptions in traffic; a state of war and in general any case of forced reduction of activity.

 

  1. Premium Services

5.1 Payments for services must be made through the SwissMAG website when the publication is purchased.

5.2 Payments must be made by valid credit card or through your PayPal account.

5.3 All taxes and levies shall be calculated in accordance with applicable Laws and Regulations.

5.4 Any errors and/or disputes about the invoiced amounts must be received within 7 days after receipt of the invoice.

5.5 Any change of address must be communicated by email, to info@swissmag.ch, before any invoice is issued.

5.6 Service fees are expressed in CHF.
